Change of mind / wrong size ordered
No change-of-mind returns, and no size exchanges — there is no shelf of stock to swap from. So measure first: the size guide lists exact garment measurements. Lay a sweatshirt you like flat, compare the numbers, order once.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Damaged, defective, or simply the wrong item? We fix it — free replacement or full refund, your choice. Email shopmurmursdesign@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, order number and a photo attached. No return shipping. No forms. No argument.
Prints (1 of 1)
$199 digital sale: if the delivered master doesn’t match the published preview fingerprint, or the file is defective, we re-deliver or refund in full. Completed sales where the master was delivered and our copies deleted cannot be undone — that is the nature of 1 of 1.
