How long until my sweatshirt arrives?
Printed after you order. US: made in the USA in about 1–2 business days, then free Priority shipping (2–3 business days). Canada: made in Vaughan, Ontario in about 2 business days, delivered in 2–5 (CA$12.95). Order by Nov 18 and we aim to have it at your door for US Thanksgiving — production and transit are honest estimates, not a guarantee.
What size should I order?
The size guide has every measurement. Classic unisex fit — when in doubt, compare its chest width against a sweatshirt you already own.
I am in Canada. Will I pay duties?
No. Canadian orders are printed in Vaughan, Ontario and shipped inside Canada — nothing crosses a border. CA$69.95 plus CA$12.95 shipping, sizes S–3XL.
How do the discount codes work?
Enter it at the Stripe checkout. Buy 2: TABLE2, 10% off. Buy 3 or more: TABLE3, 15% off. One code per order — they don’t stack. Each shirt checks out on its own secure Stripe page, so the code applies to that order.
What do I actually get when I buy a print?
The only full-resolution master of that portrait — sent through an encrypted exchange, verified against its hash — plus a signed certificate of sole ownership and destruction. Then every copy we hold is permanently deleted, on record. Never sold, licensed, or reproduced again. The sale is logged with the master’s SHA-256 fingerprint — the full arrangement is set out in the terms.
What if a print’s file is wrong or defective?
$199 digital sale: if the delivered master doesn’t match the published preview fingerprint, or the file is defective, we re-deliver or refund in full. Completed sales where the master was delivered and our copies deleted cannot be undone — that is the nature of 1 of 1.
Can I use a print commercially — say, as a book cover?
Yes — commercial use included, book covers included, and exclusive: one buyer, ever. Print it as often as you like for yourself; modify it for your own use.
Who holds the copyright on a print?
Stated plainly: AI-generated images may not be registrable for copyright in some jurisdictions, including the US. What you own is the only master, plus our binding covenant never to reproduce it — in writing, on the certificate.
Can I put a print on hold?
No holds, no reservations. A print is available until the moment someone buys it — then it leaves the page for good. Seen one you want? It’s buy now, or it’s somebody else’s.
Can I return a sweatshirt?
Made to order means no change-of-mind returns — but damaged, defective, or wrong items are replaced free or refunded. The returns page has it all.
