This site does not use tracking pixels, advertising trackers, or analytics cookies. The only personal information an order involves is what checkout and delivery require: payment and shipping details, handled by Stripe, and your email address, used for your receipt, tracking, and order correspondence. The details are set out below.
What we collect
- Orders: checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details and shipping address to complete the purchase — we never see or store your card number.
- Email: your email address is used to send your receipt, tracking, and — for print buyers — the master file and certificate. If you email us, we keep that thread to answer you.
- Country choice: the US/Canada switch is stored in your browser session only, so prices stay consistent while you browse. It leaves with the session.
What we do not do
- No tracking pixels. No advertising trackers. No analytics cookies.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
- No accounts, no passwords, no newsletter you did not ask for.
Who else touches order data
Stripe (payment), and the print partner who makes and ships your sweatshirt (they receive your name, address, size, and color — what they need to print and deliver, nothing more).
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, any time: shopmurmursdesign@gmail.com. Order records we must keep for tax and accounting are kept for that purpose only.
